Customer Solutions Manager, ANZ

That's where you come in.As a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) in our Australia Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realising customer benefits, and successful program completion - 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies - Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams - Working knowledge across multiple relevant technology domains (compute, networking, security, data, AI/ML) with the ability to guide implementations and make informed technical decisions - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred: - AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (or higher) - AWS Certified AI Practitioner (or equivalent AI/ML certification) - Practical experience with AI and cloud technologies, either through leading on-premises-to-cloud migrations or working directly with AWS services in an architecture or development capacity - Experience implementing cloud services including migrations, modernisation projects, or similar transformation programs - Experience building business cases that connect technical adoption to measurable business outcomes Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
