Creative Producer - 18 month contract

Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Experience in content production within audio, podcasting, television, film, gaming, or interactive digital media - Demonstrated experience producing scripted narrative content (narrative games, audio drama, fiction podcasts, episodic storytelling, or equivalent) - Background in interactive media, game narrative, or non-linear storytelling - Experience managing creative talent and external production partners - Strong understanding of story structure, character development, and serialized formats - Experience with production budgeting, scheduling, and vendor/freelancer management Preferred: - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative and technical teams - Experience with non-linear narrative design or interactive storytelling platforms - Familiarity with AI tools and their emerging applications in creative production - Experience working in or with writers' rooms or multi-writer collaborative structures - Experience producing content for global markets or across multiple territories Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
