Creative Manager, Elevated Shopping (éshop)

Elevated Shopping enhances the shopping experience through video, LED production, photography,graphic design, and usability design. With a global network of Creative Hubs in North America, Europe,and Asia, Basic qualifications: - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - 3+ years of budgeting, scheduling and technical workflows experience - Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership - Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns - Bachelor's degree or above - Experience building, managing and coaching a team in a high-growth environment - • 5+ years of digital content management, communications, or content strategy experience Preferred: - Experience with one or more of the following industry tools: 3D Studio Max, Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance, Unreal, Blender, etc - Experience with digital asset management tools - Experience managing and or coordinating projects in a fast pace environment - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising - Knowledge of video production crews, live streaming technologies, studio workflows, edit and post- production techniques, production calendars and staffing - Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to inform business decisions with proven business impact (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits), or experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) - • 8+ years of experience in studio-based high volume creative production environments - • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices - • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
