アマゾンではIT部門の一員としてアマゾングループに所属する社員（以下、ユーザー）へのITサポートを提供するIT Support Engineerを募集しています。今回募集のIT Support Engineerは、オンサイトでの対面によるITサポートの提供において中心的な役割を担います。このポジションには技術スキルを活かして様々なトラブルシューティングを行い、ユーザーが抱えるIT周りの問題を解決まで持っていくことが期待されます。IT部門の代表としてユーザーに対応し、高品質のユーザー体験を提供するため、本来の範疇を超えた部分でも積極的な関与もいとわない姿勢、非常に幅広い知識と経験、そして洞察力が Basic qualifications: - 企業環境における5年以上のIT関連業務経験 - CCNAレベルのネットワークに関する知識と理解 - クライアントおよびインフラ機器のハードウェアやソフトウェアのトラブルシューティングスキル - TOEIC 700点以上、もしくはそれと同等の実務経験がある方 - 月に1回(繁忙期は2～3回程度)週末、平日夜間に勤務ができる方（システムメンテナンス対応の為） - オンコール対応ができる方（※当番制。実際に対応することは稀です） Preferred: - コンピュータサイエンスまたはIT関連分野の専門高校卒業レベル（学位があればなお歓迎） - テクニカルサポート経験 - プロジェクトリード経験 - Microsoft Windowsのサポート経験や関連資格保持者 - ネットワーク(Cisco)のサポート経験や関連資格保有者 - PMP, ITIL/ITSM保有者 Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
