Corporate Counsel, Devices - Digital Legal

We are looking for a talented Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Law - 7+ years of Inhouse legal or law firm experience - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment - Legal experience (across a leading global law firm and/or in-house at a major multinational corporation), preferably with some portion of that experience in technology and commercial transactions. - The successful candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic, able to operate with high degree of independence, enjoy working hard, being challenged, able to think outside the box and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. - A team player and consensus builder with great people skills who can effectively and efficiently collaborate and build relationships with attorneys and business clients at all levels throughout the organization. Preferred: - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
