Corporate Counsel, AWS Legal

Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented commercial real estate lawyer to fill the position of Legal Counsel supporting Amazon Web Services (AWS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business within Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent - Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate transactional documents (i.e. leases, lease amendments, purchase and sale agreements, easements, development agreements, co-ownership agreements etc.) Preferred: - Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines - Experience with Zoning and Land Use work Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
