Coordinator, Audible Originals - 18-Month Contract

Basic qualifications: - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience as a team assistant, coordinator, operations or similar support roles within media, entertainment, creative, or fast-paced corporate environments - Experience with productivity and collaboration tools, including calendars, spreadsheets, presentations, trackers, email tools, and messaging platforms Preferred: - Experience in the entertainment industry - Strong writing and slide-preparation skills, with attention to detail when it comes to formatting and presentation - Familiarity with content workflows and team operations in a creative organisation - Experience interfacing with external partners, talent, or guests in a professional setting - Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
