About the role:The Amazon Devices research team seeks a strategic and passionate Consumer Insights Manager to manage the day-to-day operations for a multi-marketplace tracking research program. In this Basic qualifications: - Experience (end to end) with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) - 4+ years of market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience - Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel, or experience with advanced use of Excel and using statistical analysis applications - Strong project and vendor management skills - Experience using AI in research workflows Preferred: - Experience conducting and applying research in a global context - Experience working in a highly Agile/Scrum environment - 1+ years of consumer electronics experience - Experience with brand strategy - • Experience using statistical tools/languages like SPSS/SAS/R/Q/Python - Exceptional written and oral communication abilities Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
