As a Construction Manager within Global Engineering Services (GES) North America Design & Construction, you are Amazon's owner's representative throughout the full construction lifecycle. You play an integral Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science - Experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, Owner's project management representative or in other Commercial Development and Construction related disciplines Preferred: - Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects - Experience in facilities management, or experience in construction or project management - Experience in project management or management consulting including handling multiple ongoing projects - CMA, or PMP certificate - * Experience across at least two disciplines within the construction industry (e.g., General Contracting, Owner's Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
