CAM Program Manager, Amazon Prime Video

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, partner experience, and operational execution. As the Content Acquisition Program Manager (CAM-PM) for India, you will define the operating strategy Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 6+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience - Knowledge of general AI tools - Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience comfort with ambiguity - Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) Preferred: - Experience working at a TV Network, broadcaster, or an online streaming platform, specializing in digital video delivery or streaming media technologies - Experience evaluating and applying AI and GenAI to operational workflows Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
