Join Amazon's People eXperience & Technology (PXT) team as an HRP Business Analyst I, turning complex workforce data into insight that shapes fair, evidence-based people decisions across EMEA. If you love Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science, or Associate's degree or above - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field - Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages - Experience working with large, complex data sets - Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences Preferred: - Experience with Python or R - Experience in Amazon Redshift and other AWS technologies - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience working with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as Python, SQL, or Tableau - Experience analyzing HR data and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies - Experience with regulatory filings and reports or equivalent - Experience using AI-assisted development tools in academic or professional settings - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
