Base Building Maintenance (BBM) Escalation Specialist, Amazon Maintenance Operation Centre

We look after everything from the moment a customer clicks buy, to the moment their item is delivered – from desktop to doorstep.Across Basic qualifications: - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment - Experience communicating technical details verbally and in writing - Experience in operations and on-call support for data center facilities, mission critical plants, or production facilities, or experience with automatic contact routing, VoIP and any contact center case management tools - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in networking administration and troubleshooting and experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service Preferred: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) - Experience in construction or project management, or experience in facilities management Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
