アマゾンジャパン Hardlines事業本部のAVS（Amazon Vendor Services）チームで、主要メーカーのサプライチェーン変革をリードするSupply Chain Managerを募集します。データドリブンな分析力と提案力を活かし、ベンダーのビジネス成長とお客様体験の向上を同時に実現するポジションです。AVS Supply Chain Managerは、ベンダー各社の在庫・物流オペレーションにおける課題に対して改善提案を行い、アマゾン上でのビジネス成長、日々の業務プロセスの改善を経てベンダー満足度が向上するように、継続的にサービスを発展させていきます。また、ビジネス、システム Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience - Proven ability to communicate and present strategies to senior leadership - Analytical mindset to quickly diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions - Strong business Japanese and English skills (written and oral) Preferred: - Experience with process improvement, Kaizan, and Six Sigma, or experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python) - Software development experience or equivalent tech background - MBA is considered a plus Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
