The AV Lead at Amazon serves as a pivotal creative force, blending advanced video editing skills with expertise in motion graphics and sound design. This role influences peers, producers, QA teams, stakeholders, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field - Experience working for or with Creative Agencies - Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above - Minimum 6 years of professional audiovisual production experience - Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong video editing and motion graphics capabilities (link required) - Advanced motion graphics Preferred: - Experience with project management - Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and implementing them in creative ways - Experience with asset management, design workflows, or partnering with creative teams - Knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) - Advanced sound design expertise - Experience with emerging audiovisual technologies and trends, i.e. VR/AR.
