Associate Engagement Manager, Associate to Consultant (A2C)

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager (EM) to join our team and lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related science/technical fields - Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or certifications - Experience managing the end-to-end product life cycle as a product manager - Experience with project delivery Preferred: - Experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution, or experience with one or more of the following domains: systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Node.JS, Java, Ruby, C#, Python, or PHP) - Experience in leading the delivery of IT projects with external customers or equivalent - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or experience with AWS products and services - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - Knowledge of AWS services - Experience implementing AWS/cloud services - Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences - Experience in at least one of these technology areas: DevOps, serverless, software development and design, CI/CD, AI/ML, Storage, Networking or Databases - Experience managing technical projects consisting of 4 or more people totaling over a $250,000 budget - Experience managing engagements using both Waterfall and Agile/Iterative methodologies - Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga - Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field, or Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
