Associate Director, Brand & Content Marketing UK (Maternity Cover)

Basic qualifications: - Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience working in digital businesses - Experience in a marketing, PR, social or content team, with recent experience in a content marketing role that drives measurable results - Campaign management skills across paid, owned and earned - Experience running social media community management - Experience working with TikTok and other social platforms with demonstrable campaign successes - Experience managing agencies or freelance creatives - Business professional communication skills both in spoken and written English Preferred: - Experience working in digital businesses - An understanding of digital content services (either download to own and/or streaming) - Have a passion for audiobooks, podcasts, or the wider literary world and have the ability to share that passion with others - A ‘culture vulture’ who is motivated by contributing to the cultural landscape and platforming stories that need to be heard - Communication skills, ability to foster successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Analytical skills and a solid understanding of success metrics - Bias for action and the ability to get things done - Excellent organization and administrative skills - Experience working with talent and agent liaison Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
