Associate Corporate Counsel, Quick Commerce & Real Estate — MENA, Turkey and South Africa

That's Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of post bar admission legal experience - Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts - Experience in real estate, construction, or related transactional practice - Speak, write, and read fluently in English. Preferred: - Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work - Experience working across multiple jurisdictions in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey or South Africa - Experience in quick commerce, logistics, dark store or retail real estate - Experience with high-volume site acquisition or rapid roll-out programmes - Experience with construction contracts (FIDIC or equivalent) and development projects - Experience managing outside counsel and legal budgets - Comfortable making high-judgment decisions in ambiguous situations and managing competing priorities - Arabic and/or Turkish language skills Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
