As part of this specialized organization, you'll serve as the trusted Amazon lead for employees Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field - Experience managing complex and fast-moving issues - Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) - • 5+ years of experience in international mobility, global relocation, or expatriate management - • Direct experience with international tax, cross-border compensation, and assignment packages Preferred: - Experience managing and coaching team members - • GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or equivalent certification - • Experience managing assignments across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC) - • Experience interpreting mobility policy and making exception decisions with limited precedent - • Experience with case management platforms (ServiceNow, Equus, or equivalent) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
