Dieser wesentliche Teil unseres Unternehmens sorgt dafür, dass wir Bestellungen effizient versenden, damit unsere Kund:innen ihre Artikel rechtzeitig Basic qualifications: - Studienabschluss oder gleichwertige Qualifikation - Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams in einem operativen oder vergleichbaren Umfeld - Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, einschließlich funktionsübergreifender Teams und Führungskräfte - Erfahrung in der Nutzung qualitativer und quantitativer Daten zur Unterstützung geschäftlicher Entscheidungen - Englisch und Deutsch jeweils auf C1-Niveau (CEFR — Gemeinsamer Europäischer Referenzrahmen) in Wort und Schrift Preferred: - Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Lean, SixSigma und Kaizen-Methoden - Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einem anderen Logistikumfeld - Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit der MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) im beruflichen Umfeld Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
