AIT Auditor II, Audits & Insights Team, Audit and Insights

Over 2 million sellers in 14 countries (and growing) list their products for sale on Amazon and thereby Basic qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience displaying high ownership, ability to dive deep and deliver results through projects, contributions to program level goals etc. - Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team directly or indirectly (coaching underperformance, mentorship, training new hires etc.) - Experience leading initiatives and/or managing operational metrics at program or org level - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with partner teams (Ops, product, policy etc.) - Knowledge of Quality auditing methodology and tools - Proficiency in Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUP etc.) - Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving skills and proven ability of managing multiple competing priorities Preferred: - Experience in seller facing risk functions (SEPO, SPR etc.). - Experience managing multiple programs and driving high level process improvement initiatives - Knowledge of Lean principles or DMAIC methodology will be an added advantage Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
