ACES Analyst , ATS

The Analyst role within ATS ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) organization is responsible for working in Operations or manufacturing converting data into actionable business insights that drive Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Master's degree or above in relevant field, or 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience - Bachelor's degree or above in a related field - Work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Preferred: - Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts - Experience in SQL Server/MySQL, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities and experience in deploying identity and access management systems - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and MS Sharepoint - Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
