We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the ACES Data Analytics Team (ADAT) , supporting operational excellence through data-driven dashboarding solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Experience in a business analyst, data analyst or equivalent role - Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills. - Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages - iii) Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis across large datasets - vi) Proficiency in Excel for ad-hoc analysis and reporting - vii) Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences Preferred: - Experience in a logistics/operations environment - Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques - Knowledge of SQL/ETL - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment - Experience in process design and documentation - Familiarity with Amazon's data ecosystem (Redshift, Andes, S3) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
