Account Executive, Video Ads Sales, Amazon Ads (LCS Acquisition)

このポジションでは、Amazonで急速な進化を遂げる広告事業において、動画広告セールスの重要な役割を担っていただきます。広告主のビジネス目標およびマーケティング課題を深く理解した上で、Prime Video広告を中心とした動画広告ソリューション（Fire TV、Twitch、DSP経由の3rd party動画広告等）を活用し、ブランド構築および中長期的な成長を支援します。本ポジションは新設ロールとして、新規顧客開拓に対する明確なオーナーシップを担います。動画広告を起点に、これまでAmazon Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of selling advertising or advertising-like services experience - 3+ years of OTT or SVOD advertising experience - Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels - Experience with external customer interaction, or experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership Preferred: - Experience in customer acquisition - Experience in the advertising, media or agency landscape, and proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business - Experience closing deals across small and large advertisers - Experience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
