3PL Manager DE, EU CF Flex & Specialty

Amazon is seeking an experienced 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Manager fluent in German to oversee the strategic operationsand performance of our critical third-party logistics provider network. In this Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field - Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field - Travel up to 80% of the time to work on-site at supplier factories - Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written Preferred: - Experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process improvement roles - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - Experience running metrics reports, analyzing data to identify problems and using data analysis to generate and explain metrics - Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma - Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships - Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support and experience in managing and troublshooting network - Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing - Advanced proficiency in written and verbal local language Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
