Position Summary The Workplace Services & Operations (WSO) team member will assist in Special Projects and execute various Workplace Solutions (WS) team tasks. The WSO team member will manage the day-to day activities associated with the support of teams with Special Projects, such as Taylor Office Expansion, T-Camp Enhancement and Maintenance, Storage Solutions, space readiness, etc. Will also assist with space planning & executing support (space planning and operation tasks, service requests, & office area modification for on-site employees and staff, etc.). You would also support WSO Operations (support WSO Tracker, create reports, support Managers w/ daily operational tasks). Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Maintain WS schedule for T1 Office expansion in Excel, PowerPoint, Tracker, etc. Manage small WS projects from request to closeout (ex T-camp enhancement, storage solutions, etc) Request and compare vendor quotes on cost, lead time, quality and safety. Keep decision log on WS projects, activities, and other projects. Follow up on cross-team escalations with IT, Security, EHS, Construction, Vendors, etc. Skills and Qualifications Here's What You'll Need: Bachelor (or equivalent) degree required. Must have over (2) years space management experience or relevant experiences. Strong design experiences (specialized on office space & furniture layout design & vendor management) Proficient in computer applications (CAD/Revit, PowerPoint, Excel, MS project, etc.) Outstanding Project Management & Time Management Skills. Experience of space management software is preferred (such as Space Now and Nuvolo) Able to troubleshoot issues and properly resolve. Must be able to multi-task and keep detailed administrative records.
