NVIDIA is a world leader in accelerated computing, driving breakthroughs in AI, data science, autonomous vehicles, and beyond. Our workplaces are designed to inspire the next wave of innovation — spaces where collaboration, creativity, and deep technical focus coexist. We are seeking a talented Workplace Designer to help shape environments that empower our teams to do their best work. The Workplace Designer will be embedded within NVIDIA’s Real Estate & Site Services (RESS) team, supporting the planning and execution of workplace projects across our regional portfolios. This role spans the full project lifecycle — from early-stage space planning and design guidance through furniture procurement and stakeholder coordination. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners including Facilities, IT, AV, F&B, Security, and business unit leaders to deliver workplaces that reflect NVIDIA’s culture and operational needs. What You Will Be Doing: Develop pre-lease feasibility studies, test fits, and space planning solutions in alignment with NVIDIA Global Workplace Guidelines. Provide workplace design direction across interior architecture, finishes, lighting, furniture, and branding, while reviewing drawings and design documentation for compliance. Partner with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders, including AV, IT, Security, Food & Beverage, EH&S, and Facilities, to integrate business and operational requirements into workplace design. Support design development and construction administration through design reviews, site visits, quality control, and issue resolution. Lead furniture planning and procurement for construction projects, including specifications, quotations, order tracking, delivery, and installation coordination. Select and manage external design partners, furniture dealers, and manufacturers to ensure quality, performance, budget, and timely delivery. Contribute regional insights on workplace design trends, furniture markets, culture, and practices, and support post-occupancy reviews to enhance the employee experience. What We Need to See: Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture from an accredited institution. 8-12 years of professional experience in corporate workplace design and projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit and Bluebeam a must. Experience managing furniture specifications and procurement from project kickoff through installation. General understanding of building codes, accessibility requirements, and workplace safety standards in the countries where NVIDIA has offices. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present design ideas clearly to audiences with no design background. Ability to travel to all NVIDIA offices in APAC and India regions. Ways To Stand Out from The Crowd: Experience working in-house at a high-tech company or within a corporate real estate organization in the technology sector. General knowledge of the design of technical labs. Up-to-date knowledge on hybrid work models and workplace innovations. With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the most desirable employers in the world. We have some of the most brilliant and talented people in the world working for us. If you are creative, autonomous and love a challenge, we want to hear from you. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
