Job description 16-18 years of experience in PLM, enterprise solution architecture, and large-scale digital transformation programs. Deep expertise in PTC Windchill Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution architecture and implementation programs. Define PLM roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives. Gather and analyze business requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams. Design scalable and secure Windchill solution architectures. Define data models, product structures, workflows, lifecycle states, and governance processes. Lead solution design for: Product Data Management (PDM) Change Management Configuration Management Document Management BOM Management Manufacturing Process Management Architect Windchill integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, CAD, ALM, and CRM platforms. Provide guidance on data migration, system upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives. Lead technical and functional workshops with business stakeholders. Establish PLM governance, standards, and best practices. Review technical designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
