We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operational Excellence Specialist to support continuous improvement initiatives directly within our Contract Logistics warehouse operations. We’re proud of this and see it as a genuine source of strength for building high-performing teams. 🛠️ Job Responsibilities: Support the execution of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives within warehouse operations , working closely with frontline and operational teams. Support and facilitate A3 problem-solving and Kaizen initiatives to identify root causes, eliminate operational inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements. Monitor warehouse KPIs and operational performance , identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Work directly with warehouse operations and cross-functional teams to coordinate and follow up on improvement actions, ensuring effective implementation and sustainable results. Support the adoption of Operational Excellence standards and The Maersk Way (TMW) through visual management, process standardization, follow-up, and continuous improvement practices. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Experience in warehouse, distribution center, Contract Logistics, or similar operational environments , with exposure to Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, process improvement, or operational projects. Practical knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, A3 Problem Solving, Lean, or Lean Six Sigma . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with warehouse KPIs and operational data and translate findings into practical improvement actions. Hands-on mindset and strong communication skills, comfortable working directly with warehouse and frontline operational teams . Intermediate English required.
