We build and connect technologies to help protect people, property and places. Our solutions foster the collaboration that’s critical for safer communities, safer schools, safer hospitals, safer businesses, and ultimately, safer nations. Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future. Department Overview The Motorola Solutions Command Center Software Customer Success team plays a critical role in realizing Motorola Solutions’ mission to connect people in the moments that matter. Our team ensures that the Command Center Software portfolio delivers measurable value to public safety agencies and enterprises by driving deep product adoption, workflow optimization, and long-term customer loyalty. Within this organization, Customer Success Advocates focus on acting as trusted advisors who align Motorola Solutions’ capabilities with each customer’s strategic priorities. Our team use data, product expertise, and a deep understanding of customer operations to guide stakeholders through advanced use cases, maximize the impact of our mission-critical solutions, and strengthen multi-year partnerships. We partner closely with Sales, Product, Deployment, and Support teams across Motorola Solutions to translate our mission-critical technology into outcomes that protect communities and streamline operations. By being customer-obsessed and data-informed, the Customer Success organization helps customers fully integrate our solutions into daily operations, maximize their investment, and advocate for Motorola Solutions. Job Description We are looking for a scrappy, highly resourceful Video Content Manager to join our growing Customer Success team and own our short-form video and motion graphics production. Our customers are asking for fast, visually engaging, bite-sized content to help them onboard and adopt our product—and you will be our dedicated expert making that happen. In this role, you’ll partner with our Campaign Strategists, Enablement leads, and CSAs to elevate our existing enablement ecosystem. Your main focus is converting customer touchpoints into high-impact, short-form video assets (15–90 seconds) and motion graphics that fit into automated email sequences, in-app guides, digital communities content and digital customer journeys. This position operates fully remotely across Latin America, though candidates based in Bogota, Colombia are highly preferred for team colocation purposes. Because we operate in a fast-moving environment, you won't just follow static briefs—you will take ownership, solve problems, and help us refine our operational baseline for video production in scaled digital Customer Success. What You’ll Do Fuel Our Omnichannel Journeys: Work with our Campaign Strategist to turn customer journey blueprints into creative and clear video assets for key lifecycle moments (onboarding and adoption). Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the visual bridge between CS and Marketing, ensuring video and motion content aligns with current product positioning and brand guidelines while staying utility-focused for customer success. Outcome-Based Video Design: Ensure every video or motion asset is designed to drive a specific, measurable user action or product milestone—not just sit in a video library. Every action should be tied to a clear impact or outcome. Own Short-Form Video & Motion Production: Script, record, edit, and animate concise, high-retention video content tailored for digital CS channels. This includes micro-learning reels, feature spotlights, UI walkthroughs, and small animated GIFs. Trend & Data Monitoring: Track engagement metrics (completion rates, drop-offs, feature activation post-view) alongside customer and media trends to continuously refine our video formats. Build Our Video Production Engine: Establish internal visual asset libraries, motion graphics templates, and streamlined editing workflows so our CS team can scale visual content fast. You will execute simple, effective animations inspired by best-in-class examples from companies like Adobe, Wistia, Figma, Slack, Pendo, Bitly, and Asana. AI-Powered Workflow Efficiency: Leverage generative AI and automation tools (e.g., AI script generation, synthetic voice/audio enhancement, rapid editing, and generative asset design) to accelerate production cycles, iterate rapidly on video variants, and elevate content quality. Basic Requirements Experience: 3+ years creating short-form video content, micro-learning clips, or motion graphics for tech or B2B SaaS platforms. Portfolio: A proven portfolio demonstrating your video creation and motion graphics capabilities is mandatory. Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Location & Travel: The role is remote across Latin America. You must possess an active US visa to enable travel to the United States approximately once every 6 months for team meetings. Language Proficiency: Full English proficiency is an absolute must, as this role involves presenting directly to US-based product managers. Core Technical Stack: Proficiency with industry-standard editing software, strictly including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, is mandatory. Short-Form Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to script, record, edit, and animate high-retention, utility-focused video assets under 90 seconds (UI walkthroughs, feature spotlights, micro-learning reels). Preferred Requirements Domain Knowledge: Prior experience creating content or training materials for Public Safety, emergency response, or government tech sectors is highly desired. Marketing Alignment: Background or prior experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success serves as a strong plus. Supplementary Tools: Familiarity with screen recording and hosting tools like Wistia (preferred) or Camtasia. Graphic Design Capabilities: Hands-on experience with design tools outside of video editing software (e.g., Figma, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator/InDesign) to create custom supporting visual assets. AI Tool Familiarity: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to accelerate video production workflows. Process & System Building: Proven track record of building internal video production engines from scratch, including creating visual asset libraries, motion graphics templates, and scalable editing workflows. Data & Analytics Literacy: Experience tracking and interpreting video engagement metrics (e.g., completion rates, post-view feature activation) to measure ROI and continuously refine content strategy. Cross-Functional Enablement Experience: Prior experience collaborating directly with Customer Success, Campaign Strategists, or Enablement leads to map video assets into automated customer journeys and in-app triggers. #LI-WC1 Travel Requirements Under 10% Relocation Provided None Position Type Experienced Referral Payment Plan Yes EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
