Transport & Financial Performance Supervisor

1. Billing & Financial Control Manage transport billing activities, including debit note preparation and timely and accurate customer invoicing. Coordinate with FinOps on SO, BD, and PO creation to ensure accurate revenue and cost booking. Work with GSC to follow up on PO creation, vendor invoice posting, and workflow completion. Investigate root causes of delayed vendor payments and support improvements to invoice submission and payment processes. 2. Performance & Financial Reporting Track and analyse operational KPIs to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities. Prepare monthly GP/P&L reporting by consolidating and validating revenue and cost data. Reconcile actual revenue and cost against accruals and follow up on financial variances. Analyse GP movements by customer/account, identify key drivers, and provide clear management reporting. Support continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and process standardisation 3. Transport Operations & Execution Manage end-to-end transport operations from shipment planning and booking through delivery and order closure. Ensure shipment status and operational data are accurately maintained in the Oracle-based TMS for tracking and execution. Coordinate transport operations at CFS, Bonded Warehouse, Maersk Warehouse, and customer sites in line with Maersk processes and operational standards. Manage operational exceptions, investigate service failures, and drive timely resolution to minimize customer impact. 4. Team & Vendor Coordination Coordinate daily transport activities, workload allocation, operation monitoring, and exception handling with the operations team. Work closely with transport vendors and ensure compliance with Maersk Transport Safety Standards, SOPs, and work instructions. Monitor vendor performance and operational KPIs, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service reliability. Job Requirement: Education: University graduate Experience: Preferable to have mininum 2 years of relevant experience, Solid experience in transportation and logistics operations. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
