Transition Manager

What success looks like in this role: • Manages the efforts of subordinate managers and professional staff. • Provides overall guidance across the full range of Transition Management planning and execution. • Project manages large, complex transition engagements, working with allied teams and other peers to structure goals, time frames, funding parameters and other key deal elements. • Oversees due diligence, ensuring all significant deal assumptions are evaluated in terms of accuracy, relevance and validity – ensures ongoing risk identification and mitigation planning. • Proactively engages with key stakeholders, including senior level internal and external leaders, to understand and address concerns and ensure ongoing commitment and support. • Assumes ownership of transition budget outcomes, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure project account structures are in place (including structures governing client billing). • Manages all aspects of the project plan, including processes for client acknowledgement and eventual steady state handoff.
