Nell'ottica di ampliare il dipartimento Deals Tax nella sede di Milano, PwC Tax & Legal è alla ricerca di studenti laureandi/neolaureati in discipline economiche interessati ad intraprendere e/o continuare il percorso di pratica professionale in ambito Tax Valuation. La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività: Valutazioni ai fini fiscali e legali (es. rami d’azienda, asset intangibili, perizie per conferimento, ecc.); Assistenza nella redazione di business plan; Analisi economiche di strumenti finanziari in ottica transfer pricing; Valutazioni fiscali di piani di incentivazione manageriale (MIP); Analisi quantitativa e attività di due diligence a supporto ai team M&A; Completano il profilo i seguenti requisiti: Laurea Magistrale in Economia, preferibilmente con specializzazione in Corporate Finance, Accounting Finance and Control o Legislazione d’Impresa. Motivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Buona conoscenza di Excel. Ottima capacità di adattamento e propensione al team working. Iniziativa ed orientamento al risultato.
