Territory Manager - Vascular - Coronary

We are looking for a commercially driven and clinically curious Territory Manager to join our Coronary team in Belgium. In this role, you will partner with leading interventional cardiologists and cath lab teams, supporting life-changing procedures while driving the growth of Abbott's market-leading coronary portfolio. Sector: Central part of Belgium What You'll Do As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for growing Abbott's Coronary business across your territory while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and supporting optimal patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Achieving sales targets by developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and managing tender and contract activities. Managing a portfolio of innovative coronary technologies, including Drug-Eluting Stents, Guidewires, Balloon Technologies, OCT Imaging, and Physiology solutions. Building strategic partnerships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab nurses, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders. Providing clinical and procedural support during coronary interventions to ensure optimal product utilization. Collaborating closely with Clinical Specialists to deliver education, training, and case support. Identifying opportunities to expand patient access to innovative coronary therapies through strong account development and stakeholder engagement. Monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and emerging clinical evidence. Maintaining accurate forecasting, CRM management, expense reporting, and business planning. Representing Abbott in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, thrives in a dynamic clinical environment, and is motivated to make a meaningful impact on patient care. Required Bachelor's degree, clinical qualification, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3 years of successful experience in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other consultative B2B sales environments. Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Experience developing and executing territory business plans. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Professional working proficiency in Dutch, French, and English. Valid driver's licence. Preferred Experience in interventional cardiology, coronary therapies, cath lab environments, or other cardiovascular specialties. Ability to confidently discuss clinical and technical information with healthcare professionals. Experience supporting procedures in a hospital setting.
