Relevant du superviseur de production, vous effectuerez des activités de réfection de mécanismes de contrôle de disjoncteurs, notamment le désassemblage, le nettoyage, l’inspection et le remplacement de composantes, ainsi que des essais mécaniques et électriques. Vous serez également responsable de rédiger des rapports de réfection et d’effectuer l’assemblage mécanique et électrique d’autres équipements d’appareillage de haute tension. Le poste s’exerce sur un plancher de production propre et climatisé, selon un horaire de 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi, de 7 h 30 à 16 h . Il n’y a aucune possibilité de télétravail. Comment vous aurez un impact Effectuer les activités de réfection des mécanismes de contrôle de disjoncteurs. Désassembler et nettoyer les mécanismes et leurs composantes. Inspecter les composantes et remplacer celles qui doivent l’être. Effectuer les essais mécaniques et électriques requis. Rédiger les rapports de réfection. Effectuer l’assemblage mécanique d’autres équipements d’appareillage de haute tension. Effectuer l’assemblage électrique d’autres équipements d’appareillage de haute tension. Accomplir toute autre tâche selon les besoins. Veiller au respect des règlements, procédures et lignes directrices internes et externes applicables. Votre profil Vous devez déjà détenir une autorisation de travail vous permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Énergie au Canada. Vous détenez un diplôme d’études professionnelles en électromécanique ou l’équivalent. Vous possédez au moins un an d’expérience dans des activités liées à la mécanique industrielle, aux systèmes pneumatiques et hydrauliques, à l’électricité ainsi qu’à la fabrication et à l’assemblage mécanique et électrique industriel. Vous avez de l’expérience avec un outil de sertissage manuel, une perceuse, une visseuse électrique et un vernier. Vous êtes en mesure de lire et d’interpréter des dessins mécaniques et des schémas électriques, et d’effectuer le montage de composantes à partir de dessins d’assemblage et de listes de composantes. L’expérience en électronique de petit format n’est pas considérée. Une vérification des antécédents sera requise avant l’embauche. Un diplôme d’électrotechnicien(ne) ou d’électricien(ne), un permis pour l’utilisation d’un pont roulant ou un permis pour l’utilisation d’un chariot élévateur constituent des atouts. Seuls les candidats retenus seront contactés. _______________________ The Opportunity We are looking for an individual to serve as a Mechanism Repair Specialist at Hitachi Energy Canada Inc., at our workshop at 800 Hymus Boulevard, Saint-Laurent. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will perform repair activities of circuit breaker control mechanisms including disassembly, cleaning, inspection and replacement of components, mechanical and electrical testing, and will be responsible for drafting repair reports and mechanical and electrical assembly of other high voltage equipment. The job is carried out on a clean and air-conditioned production floor, according to a schedule of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 to 16.00 . There is no possibility of teleworking. How you will have an impact Perform the repair activities of the circuit breaker control mechanisms. Disassemble and clean the mechanisms and their components. Inspect components and replace components that need to be inspected. Perform the required mechanical and electrical tests. Write the repair reports. Perform mechanical assembly of other high voltage equipment. Perform electrical assembly of other high voltage equipment items. Perform any other tasks as required. Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your profile You must already have a work permit allowing you to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada. You have a professional diploma in electromechanics or equivalent. You have at least one year of experience in activities related to industrial mechanics, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electricity, and industrial mechanical and electrical manufacturing and assembly. You have experience with a manual crimping tool, a drill, an electric screwdriver and a vernier. You are able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams, and to assemble components from assembly drawings and component lists. Experience in small format electronics is not considered. A background check will be required prior to hiring. A diploma as an electrical technician or electrician, a licence to use a travelling crane or a licence to use a forklift are assets. Frequent communications are required with internal and external partners, clients and stakeholders located outside Quebec. Knowledge of English, in addition to French, is required to meet the operational requirements of the position and to ensure effective collaboration and customer service.
