Job Description: Responsibilities : Work with internal technical teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product design, functionality, operation of AFC systems and the documentation requirements. Create and maintain the information architecture in order to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. Research and analyze technical information, converting complex concepts into clear and concise instructions. Edit and proofread existing and newly created documentation for accuracy and clarity. Qualifications : At least 2 years of experience producing clear, accurate, and user-focused technical documentation, preferably within the transportation or IT sectors. Strong command of written English, including grammar, punctuation, and style standards. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and gather complex technical information effectively. Capability to work flexibly while handling multiple types of equipment simultaneously. Strong interest in continuously learning and understanding diverse equipment scopes and functionalities. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams with varied areas of expertise. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while proactively identifying documentation gaps and improvement opportunities.
