Job Description • Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience. • Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends. • Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on standard methodologies, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members. • Taking lead on projects, as needed • Assist in the design, development, and testing of applications; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications are integrated effectively; • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience; • Stay updated on new technologies and methodologies in application development; • Document code and processes for future reference and training purposes.
