Atender chamados por ferramentas de acesso remoto, chat ou e-mail; Instalar alguns tipos de hardware; Configurar computadores em rede; Manutenção de computadores, notebook Implementar novas funcionalidades que facilitem o dia a dia dos usuários. Acompanhar os chamados do início ao fim, monitorando o SLA e procurando a melhor solução. Identificar e sugerir melhorias no sistema e no processo de atendimento. Elaborar materiais que auxiliem no esclarecimento de dúvidas. Realizar gestão de ativos de TI do estoque do cliente. Configuração e resolução de problemas em dispositivos móveis (instalação de apps e configuração Android). You will be successful in this role if you have: Ensino Médio Completo – Obrigatório Inglês intermediário/técnico Conhecimento intermediário de Sistemas Operacionais. Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office (Outlook, Excel e Word). Conhecimento intermediário de Redes. Conhecimento intermediário de Internet (conexão, navegação, intranet, internet, configuração de proxy etc.). Conhecimento em instalação e Manutenção de Desktop e impressoras. Conhecimento em instalação e configuração de software. Habilidade em Organização e Métodos. Habilidade em Negociação e comunicação. Habilidade em Relacionamentos. Fácil acesso à cidade de Belo Horizonte - MG. Disponibilidade para viagens curtas Possuir veículo próprio para atuar nos atendimentos (recebendo reembolso pelo uso do veículo).
