The role partners closely with Sales, Product, CSP, and Operations teams to drive customer outcomes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Tender & Contract Management professionals. Own end-to-end tender and contract execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, and TAT compliance. Partner with Sales, Product, CSP, and Operations teams to support customer and commercial objectives. Drive operational performance through strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Improve customer outcomes by reducing defects, disputes, and process inefficiencies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and best-practice sharing. Drive adoption of new platforms, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working. Build team capability through coaching, cross-training, and succession planning. Experience Required 10+ years of experience in Tender Management, Contract Management, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, or related functions. 3+ years of people management experience leading teams of 15+ employees. Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, or transformation initiatives.
