Job Title Talent Sourcing Partner Job Description Talent Sourcing Partner As a Talent Sourcing Partner, you will connect top talent with opportunities at Philips, building strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and delivering an engaging, compliant recruitment experience. Your role: Build and engage strong pipelines of qualified talent for critical and hard-to-fill positions through proactive sourcing, market mapping, talent pipelining, and advanced search techniques. Partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, contribute to recruitment strategy discussions, and develop targeted sourcing approaches based on the role and talent market. Provide talent intelligence and market insights to help shape sourcing strategies, identify relevant talent pools, and support informed hiring decisions. Identify and proactively engage prospective candidates, building meaningful relationships and connecting talent with relevant career opportunities at Philips. Act as a trusted sourcing advisor to Talent Partners and Talent Acquisition Leads, sharing sourcing best practices, highlighting market challenges, and helping prioritize sourcing needs across critical searches. You're the right fit if: You have 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or similar roles such as Talent Sourcer, Sourcing Recruiter, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist. You have hands-on experience identifying and engaging talent through proactive sourcing, candidate attraction, market mapping, and talent pipelining, using advanced search and sourcing techniques. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent. You have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for identifying and engaging talent. You have advanced written and spoken English.
