Responsabilidades Atención presencial a usuarios finales. Gestión y seguimiento de tickets en ServiceNow. Diagnóstico y solución de incidentes de hardware y software. Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos. Reemplazo de partes y componentes de hardware. Soporte a equipos Dell y Lenovo. Gestión de garantías con proveedores. Cumplimiento de SLA para tickets críticos, urgentes y prioritarios. Requisitos # DT-1 You will be successful in this role if you have: Técnico graduado en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines. Experiencia en soporte técnico en sitio. Conocimientos en ServiceNow o herramientas de ticketing. Experiencia en mantenimiento y reparación de equipos de cómputo. Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Montevideo. Soft skills: Excelente orientación al cliente. Responsabilidad y compromiso. Trabajo en equipo. Comunicación efectiva. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir tiempos de respuesta.
