Our Site Supply Chain Planning Team ensures supply of Medicines and Vaccinations to customers and patients across 111 markets. --- Position Overview The SC Digital Solutions Lead manages and optimizes SAP and digital solutions within the Site domain (mainly Supply Chain and MF), bridging end users and global teams to ensure optimal system performance. A thorough knowledge of the different site processes + cGMP rules & guidelines is an absolute must in this position. --- Main Accountabilities • Manage and support daily usage of SAP (Athena, iShift) and SC IT tools (Kinaxis, FaCT, NOVA, Sanetiq, SCeye); act as primary contact between end users and IT teams be the first “problem solving” assistance person when issues occur. = you are the site BSO •Act as Key Users leader at the site • Develop and deliver training programs and maintain SOPs for all applications in scope • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate digital project rollouts and change management • Drive process improvement initiatives and system quality monitoring; ensure compliance with SOX and cGMP regulations • Manage stakeholder relationships across Global SC, CoE, GSP, and BPO teams • Manage user access (creation, reactivation, termination) for Athena, NOVA, and Sanetiq accounts • Act as main contact person during audits for questions related to SAP Athena System (f.e. traceability, account management, data integrity, ...) • Act as SME during projects & support the implementation of SAP Athena related features f.e. Plant 3 project Requirements Experience & Education • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent • 5+ years in Supply Chain operations with project management experience Technical Skills • Expert knowledge of SAP and SC systems (Athena, iShift, Kinaxis, NOVA, Sanetiq) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • High sense of responsibility, delivering precise and high-quality work, realistic attitude with a critical touch, can inspire others to take action Languages • Fluent English and local site language (Dutch), knowledge of French is a plus Pursue progress , discover extraordinary Better is out there.
