What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing next-generation SaaS and cloud-native transportation management solutions within a high-performing single-threaded organization, directly influencing the efficiency of global logistics and shaping the future of transportation technology. Key Exciting Responsibilities • Spearhead full-lifecycle software development activities, from rapid prototyping to deploying scalable cloud solutions using AI-assisted tools. • Architect and optimize responsive, user-friendly front-end components seamlessly integrated with robust back-end services. • Establish quality benchmarks and code review frameworks to audit AI-generated code, ensuring security, performance, and long-term maintainability. • Drive the adoption of AI-first development methodologies across international teams, mentoring engineers on prompt-driven development and context management. • Collaborate in an agile environment to drive continuous deployment, performance enhancements, and system optimizations for global operations. Essential Skills & Experience • 12+ years of full-stack software engineering experience focused on application performance, security, and scalability. • Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, and .NET Core RESTful APIs. • Strong experience with public cloud infrastructure (Azure), cloud-native services, CI/CD, Docker, and SQL Server database optimization. • Demonstrated mastery of AI-native development workflows, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted coding tools. Bonus Points For • Experience leading cross-functional AI initiatives across international engineering teams. • Background in developing high-throughput SaaS solutions tailored for transportation, logistics, or supply chain industries.
