Your Team, Your Impact Group Description As a Staff Professional, Sales Operation supporting regional customers, you will be a key driver of customer satisfaction and a direct contributor to the company’s revenue goals. You will own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) order management process, from quotation and order booking through shipment, billing, and after-sales RMA support. You will also manage accounts, align forecasts, and ensure every transaction complies with trade regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements. What You Can Expect Own order management across the full QTC lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance at every stage. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned new and existing regional customers, accounts, or product lines. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, partnering with regional sales, business units, demand and supply planning, and other stakeholders to resolve issues quickly. Handle customer returns (RMA) in line with company policies and guidelines, ensuring timely resolution. Conduct regular reviews with customers on forecast versus bookings, billings, and backlog, and work with business units and operations teams to align supply, drive forecast accuracy, and ensure on-time delivery. Manage 3PL hub operations, including forecast analysis, replenishment planning, consumption projections, and inventory optimization, ensuring aged materials are consumed within contractual terms. Support new business strategies and operational plans, such as coordinating sample shipments to meet customer qualifications and pilot-run timelines. What We're Looking For This role suits someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, who enjoys partnering with sales, supply planning, and business teams to solve problems and improve how the organization serves its customers. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent qualification. 2-3 years of experience in order management or sales operations. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome. Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Python, and Power Query. Experience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) would be advantage. Ability to leverage AI and data-driven tools to improve processes and efficiency. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to assess the impact of decisions before executing them. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and cross-functional stakeholders. High adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
