Job Description Junior Broker, Brokerage Apoyar en la ejecución de transacciones inmobiliarias, asistiendo en el asesoramiento y representación de clientes locales, corporativos y propietarios bajo la supervisión de brokers senior para contribuir a maximizar el valor de sus activos inmobiliarios en todo el territorio de Puerto Rico. Colaborar con el equipo para aprender el proceso desde la prospección hasta el cierre de transacciones. Responsabilidades: Desarrollo de negocios: Transacciones: Apoyar en la gestión del proceso de transacciones inmobiliarias, asegurando el seguimiento de documentación y cumplimiento de plazos. Coordinar con equipos legales, contadores, arquitectos y otros profesionales para facilitar el cumplimiento de requisitos legales y normativos. Asesoramiento y representación: Colaborar en la evaluación de necesidades y objetivos de clientes para apoyar el desarrollo de estrategias inmobiliarias. Asistir en la preparación de análisis financieros y estudios de mercado básicos que respalden las recomendaciones del equipo. Participar en negociaciones de contratos bajo la dirección de brokers senior. Análisis de mercado y tendencias: Colaborar con los equipos de Research y Consultoría en investigaciones y análisis de mercado para identificar oportunidades. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado inmobiliario corporativo mediante capacitación continua. Desarrollo de negocios: Asistir en la identificación y prospección de nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el mercado local bajo supervisión. Apoyar en la construcción y mantenimiento de relaciones con propietarios, empresas e inversores para el mercado objetivo. Contribuir a la generación de leads calificados mediante investigación y seguimiento. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
