Broad Knowledge and Experience In Business process transformation, operational excellence, and digital enablement initiatives across enterprise functions. Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality, and business process standardization. Requirements gathering, process analysis, process mapping, and future-state design. Data modeling concepts, data lifecycle management, and integration of business processes across systems. Automation opportunities using low-code/no-code platforms, workflow orchestration, AI, and analytics solutions. Agile delivery methodologies, product-centric delivery models, and continuous improvement frameworks. Defining transformation requirements and designing scalable business processes that enable data-driven decision making. Working with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to improve data quality, streamline operations, and drive adoption of new capabilities. Identifying opportunities to optimize processes, reduce manual effort, improve controls, and enhance user experience. Identifying and implementing AI-assisted solutions for process optimization, workflow automation, data stewardship, knowledge management, and governance activities. Evaluating emerging AI technologies and incorporating AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise transformation roadmaps. Assess, pilot, and scale AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value while adhering to governance and responsible AI practices. Prompt engineering and AI-enabled productivity techniques to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, data analysis, and solution design. Demonstrated Ability To Drive transformation initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Work independently with minimal supervision while managing complex cross-functional efforts. Quickly learn new business domains, technologies, and enterprise platforms. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business and data challenges. Collaborate effectively across Business, IT, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Governance teams toward common objectives. Influence stakeholders and build alignment across diverse groups and organizational levels. Communicate effectively with global teams through written, verbal, and presentation skills. Translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions. Lead process improvement and automation efforts that deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency.
