At Workday, you will be in great company with our employees and our customers About the Role Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Consultants leverage their in-depth product knowledge of Workday’s HCM enterprise software and industry knowledge to provide deep functional expertise throughout the sales process. Working as part of the Solution Consulting team, individual Solution Consultants partner with Account Executives to engage in discovery around an organisation's current environment and deliver relevant, impactful presentations and product demonstrations that illustrate how Workday’s applications can address requirements, solve business concerns, and create value. Responsibilities: The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars. Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training. Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans. Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives such as webinars, seminars, content creation and live industry events. Assist sales in the response to RFIs/RFPs, product scoping, integrations, customizations and implementation timelines. Building trusted-advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders who are influencers and decision-makers in an evaluation process Continuously upgrading your skillsets and knowledge of HCM, Tech and AI through the learning opportunities provided by Workday About You Basic Qualifications: 3+ years professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / HR role 3+ Years functional experience/ knowledge in HR domains such as talent acquisition, talent management and development, employee listening and/or for example strategic workforce planning Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Dutch. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
