Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between leadership and supporting functions (strategic operations, finance, technology, revenue cycle, etc.), ensuring alignment, clear communication, and smooth handoffs. Stakeholder Communication : Prepare clear, actionable updates for leadership that reflect where things stand, what's at risk, and what needs attention. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate and optimize workflows by leveraging the latest tools and resources (AI, Project Planning Tools, CRM Systems). Additional responsibilities as required. Education & Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
