Job Description Build the Future of Knowledge Intelligence We're looking for a visionary leader to redefine how knowledge creates value across the Genpact. This role goes beyond traditional Knowledge Management to build an AI-powered, insight-driven Knowledge Intelligence function that enables growth, accelerates go-to-market effectiveness, and empowers smarter business decisions. As a key leader, you will shape the strategy, governance, and evolution of a modern knowledge ecosystem, transforming content, expertise, and insights into a scalable competitive advantage. What You'll Do · Define and lead the enterprise Knowledge Management & Knowledge Intelligence strategy. · Build a trusted, scalable knowledge ecosystem across offerings, proposals, case studies, thought leadership, sales assets, and business insights. · Establish governance frameworks for content quality, taxonomy, metadata, discoverability, and lifecycle management. · Drive AI-ready knowledge practices that power intelligent search, such as Agentic, GenAI experiences, and knowledge-driven productivity. · Leverage analytics and insights to identify knowledge gaps, usage patterns, and business opportunities. · Partner with service line leaders, SMEs, Sales, Marketing, and other sales support teams to maximize knowledge impact and adoption. · Lead innovation through automation, GenAI, emerging technologies, and modern knowledge practices. · Build and mentor a high-performing team while driving enterprise-wide transformation. What We're Looking For · 10+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Strategy, Information Management, Research, Consulting, Sales Enablement, or related fields. · Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale knowledge, content, or digital transformation initiatives. · Deep expertise in governance, taxonomy, metadata, information architecture, and knowledge platforms. · Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, enterprise search, content management systems, or similar knowledge ecosystems. · Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, knowledge discovery, and intelligent search technologies. · Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
