The Position 1. 准入政策倡导战略与规划 •负责规划并推动公司准入相关的政策倡导策略与行动计划 •系统研判国家及地方卫生、医保等政策环境与发展趋势，明确重点议题与方向，并赋能区域准入 2. 高价值创新友好型政策环境建设 •围绕创新药全生命周期，倡导支持高价值创新的全链条政策环境，主要聚焦卫生与医保政策 •聚焦准入与支付等关键政策环节，推动有利于创新价值实现的制度优化 3. 政策驱动的新型业务模式孵化 •前瞻性探索并孵化以政策为抓手撬动的新型业务与支付模式 •推动政策与业务场景的结合，为创新产品和服务创造长期、可持续的发展空间 4. 管线及疾病领域政策倡导 •围绕重点新管线疾病领域以及已上市疾病（如肿瘤、神经科学、眼科等）的共性政策诉求开展系统性的政策研究与倡导布局 •整合跨领域需求与资源，为相关领域的创新解决方案营造前瞻、稳定的政策环境 5. 外部客户的高质量沟通倡导与合作支持 •支持与政府、医保、学术及行业相关方的高质量政策沟通与倡导 •通过高质量交流与合作，提升公司在政策议题上的专业影响力 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
