Analizar requerimientos funcionales junto con equipos de negocio. Realizar pruebas, corregir defectos y optimizar el desempeño de las aplicaciones. Participar en revisiones de código y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de desarrollo. Gestionar y mantener ambientes de desarrollo, pruebas y QA. Colaborar con equipos de testing para la identificación y resolución de incidencias. Elaborar estimaciones de esfuerzo para casos de uso y requerimientos asignados. Liderar iniciativas específicas de automatización y mejora continua. Brindar soporte y acompañamiento técnico a miembros del equipo con menor experiencia. You will be successful in this role if you have: Requisitos Formación Académica Título profesional universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines. No se considerarán candidatos que no cuenten con título profesional universitario. Experiencia Entre 4 y 6 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software. Experiencia en diseño, programación, pruebas e implementación de aplicaciones. Conocimiento de metodologías de desarrollo de software y buenas prácticas de programación. Experiencia en integración de aplicaciones y resolución de incidencias técnicas. Deseable experiencia en entornos ágiles. Competencias Pensamiento analítico. Resolución de problemas. Trabajo en equipo. Orientación al cliente y resultados. Comunicación efectiva. Capacidad de aprendizaje continuo.
